Levent is a healthcare technology leader and former product executive at Found Health and Carbon Health. At Altira, he drives growth strategy and customer success, focusing on delivering measurable health outcomes for patients and partners.

Matt Wollerman

CTO, Cofounder

Matt brings deep engineering expertise from Carbon Health, IBM Watson, and Calyx Health. He leads Altira’s platform architecture, infrastructure, and data security, ensuring reliable and scalable technology for providers and patients alike.

Monica Rosa, BSN, RN

Head of Clinical experience

With over a decade as an emergency department nurse at Kaiser and Sutter Health, Monica brings firsthand clinical expertise to Altira. She leads patient and care team experience, ensuring the platform truly supports frontline clinicians.

Neeru Puri, MD, MBA

clinical Advisor

Neeru is a physician leader with nearly two decades in family medicine and urgent care. She previously served as National Medical Director at Carbon Health, where she scaled clinical quality and safety across a nationwide provider network. At Altira, she applies her clinical and operational expertise to guide AI-driven protocols that improve patient safety and outcomes.

Nick is an experienced software engineer with a track record of building scalable healthcare platforms. At Altira, he develops core infrastructure and product features that power the company’s mission to improve patient care.
